11TH ANNUAL RED CARPET AFFAIR
ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE CURRENTLY CLOSED & WILL REOPEN ONCE A NEW DATE IS SET
As long as our friends want to dance, we are determined to put a red carpet under their feet. However, in the interest of the health and well being of our community, we will be postponing the Red Carpet Affair.
Because of how much we look forward to this event, it is understandable that there would be some grief around its disruption. While we cannot avoid the disappointment involved, we are committed to celebrating with that much more joy when we are finally able to.
We are unable at this time to set the exact timing of this event as we are working cooperatively with the rest of the church calendar that has shifted in the same manner. As soon as we are able to, we will issue a new date. Then we can celebrate together with a renewed appreciation.
All registrations will be held active, and we will email you all again once we have a solidified date for the Red Carpet Affair. At that time, if you so choose, you can withdraw your registration, but we will worry about that part later.
Feel like a star as you experience a night of music, photos, snacks, fun, and more at the 11th Annual Red Carpet Affair on Saturday, May 2nd, from 6pm to 8:30pm. Anyone aged 16 years and older is encouraged to attend this night to remember! In order to have your VIP experience ready upon your arrival, each guest attending will need to complete a registration. Max attendance is 500; make sure YOU are one of them and register today! Please complete this registration in order to participate in the Red Carpet Affair.
DIVAS & DUDES
Want the 5 star treatment before attending this night of magic? Sign up now for the Diva Room OR Dude Room. Divas will have the chance to have hair, makeup and/or nails done. Dudes can have their hair done, help with ties, or their shoes shined. Appointments will be scheduled once all spaces are filled. You will get an email and text message with your appointment times closer to the dance.

PARENTS & CAREGIVERS
Parent & Caregivers, we want to spoil you as well! We will have a private reception where you can kick back, relax, and mingle while making new and rekindling old friendships. The Parent/Caregiver Reception will be a short distance away from the main dance, and you are always welcome to pop in for some photo opportunities as well.
We expect to welcome more than 400 special needs guests and their families and we need your helping hands and willing hearts! The event is memorable and moving for both guests and volunteers. Will you help us to make this a night to remember? This year, we are registering every volunteer individually, including those who are part of a family or larger group. Please complete this form for EACH volunteer individually. You will be assigned to a position and contacted by your area lead a few days prior to the event. We do not accept walk up registrations the night of Red Carpet. Your registration will allow us to plan and utilize our volunteers effectively, ensuring the best possible event for everyone!!
