Our mission is to nurture children’s spiritual growth while teaching at an age appropriate level. We strive daily to provide an educational environment founded on biblical doctrine. Each child is taught age appropriate skills in the area of spiritual, cognitive, emotional, social and physical development. Our goal is to provide a loving, Christian environment as we invest in the growth and development of your child. |
| Afternoon Explorations |

| St. James offers a variety of creative classes to our preschool students, after our morning preschool program, for an additional fee. They are optional and occur on a monthly basis. Sign up is required. |
| Discipline |
|
Guiding children’s behavior involves providing an environment that encourages self-discipline using positive methods of encouragement. Preschool staff direct the children in understanding and expressing their feelings in acceptable ways using positive reinforcements. If a child does not respond to this discipline, the teacher and Director will meet with the parents to work together in finding solutions. |
