Thank you for your interest in St. James Preschool. We have been a ministry of St. James Church since 1995. Our program is designed to impact our surrounding community as we provide quality early childhood education in a loving Christian environment.
You, as a parent or guardian, hold the responsibility of selecting the school that best meets all of your child's needs. Our hope is that you will consider St. James' Preschool as that first step in your exciting education adventures.

Faith Development:

Christian core values are the basis of our day and set the tone for our classrooms. The children have continuous opportunities to foster and develop their spiritual, social & emotional growth through Bible teachings, friendship development and positive conflict resolution.
In order to cultivate this spirit of growing, we offer weekly chapel led by our school & church staff to emphasize God's unconditional love and "the fruits of the spirit" (love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness & self-control).
Faithful, Dedicated Staff Team
Our staff is deliberately comprised of dedicated, highly-skilled teachers. We ensure that every teacher is an energetic, caring professional, who is responsive to the unique gifts, talents & challenges that arise when teaching younger children. Our teachers take seriously their vital role in your child's road to education and make meaningful, memorable connections. It is a point of pride that many of our staff has remained with our program for at least ten years, and as such, are veterans in curriculum development and consistency. It is our goal that EVERY student in our program is given a "Teacher of the Year."
